Board of Directors
The Ridges is governed by a five-member Board of Directors elected by the general membership. Board Members serve three-year terms and are elected at the Annual Meeting. Terms are staggered so that no more than three members are elected in a given year. The Board holds regular quarterly meetings and special meetings are called as needed. Meetings are open and members are welcome to attend. Please call the Property Manager if you plan to attend a meeting to confirm the date and time and to be placed on the agenda if you wish to address the Board.
Architectural Control The Village at Nags Head Architectural Control Commitee is charged with the enforcement of the restrictive cvenants and development standards within The Village. Copies of these documents are available in the "Documents" section of the VNH POA website. Any new construction, changes or additions to the exterior of existing structures, exterior painting, addition of exterior amenities, or modifications to the driveway or parking areas require the approval of this commitee. Applications for painting, construction, and remodeling are available at the links provided under the VNH POA website. These applications may be submitted for approval through the Property Manager.
The Ridges BOD implements the architectural control provisions of the Declarations for The Ridges by reviewing these applications before they come before the VNH Architectural Control Committee (ACC). The ACC will not consider for approval applications that The Ridges BOD has disapproved. The ACC may, however, disapprove applications that The Ridges BOD has approved.
Paint Colors The paint colors that have been approved for The Village at Nags Head are also approved for The Ridges, except for the following colors:
